Guest Application

By signing this document, I, the undersigned guest, hereby acknowledge that I have been provided with the current rules and regulations of Hidden Lake RV Resort ("the Resort"). I have read, fully understood, and, if deemed necessary, consulted with a legal professional regarding the terms and policies outlined by the Resort. I further acknowledge that my agreement to these terms and policies signifies my consent to adhere to the rules and regulations set forth by the Resort, including any consequences for non-compliance. I understand that these policies are designed to maintain the safety, security, and overall well-being of all guests and visitors at the Resort. I acknowledge that the rules and regulations of the Resort may change at any point in time. While management will make reasonable efforts to notify guests of updates, it is my responsibility to keep up to date with the latest rules and regulations. I also acknowledge that all information provided by me is accurate, and I understand that any false information may lead to my removal from the Resort without refund. I acknowledge that I have had the opportunity to seek legal advice and clarification on any aspect of this agreement before signing, and I do so willingly and without any duress or coercion.
